At Sarauniya International Development Organization (SIDO), we believe that strong leadership is essential to building sustainable, community-driven change across Africa. It is with great pride that we announce our General Manager, Ms. Zainab Bamba, is currently participating in the Civil Society Strengthening Program, a transformative initiative organized by Star Ghana.
This strategic capacity-building program brings together leaders from civil society organizations across Ghana to equip them with advanced knowledge, practical tools, and collaborative networks to amplify their impact. Topics covered include effective governance, policy engagement, resource mobilization, strategic communication, and organizational resilience.
For Zainab, this experience represents more than professional development — it is an opportunity to strengthen SIDO’s mission and scale our efforts to improve the lives of women, youth, and underserved communities through health, education, agriculture, and empowerment initiatives.
